When you choose Breakwater, you place a great trust in us, and we are dedicated to providing an exceptional education that is fundamentally different and better than other educational options for your family.
Step Up Night is designed to help parents collaborate with Breakwater faculty in preparation for their child’s year ahead. This annual event will introduce you to your rising student’s teachers, key elements of next year’s classroom environment, and cover commonly understood stages of development your child might pass through in the coming year.
Teachers will discuss how we develop grade level curriculum in response to the common emotional, social, physical, and cognitive characteristics descriptive of children at each stage of development.
Breakwater’s toddler through eighth grade structure is among our greatest assets. It allows us a carefully constructed continuum of academic and social preparation where skills intentionally build on one another. Faculty communicate and collaborate within and across all grade levels allowing teachers to really understand each child as they progress. With Step Up Night, we invite your participation in building strong, effective partnerships in support of the amazing children we serve.
