In our everyday lives.... How do we parent from a place of peace, inspiration, and optimism? How do we keep our adult stress from leaking out and effecting our children? How do we support our children when they express their own anxiety and stress?
You can't give to another something you don't have yourself. Cultivating an internal source of clarity, calm, creativity, and connection is vital for parents today.
This Embodied Mindfulness Training Course for Parents introduces participants to an internal resource that is always available and always effective. Give yourself the opportunity to discover your own PEACE, INSPIRATION, and OPTIMISM so you can pass it on to your children.
Embodied Mindfulness is an active mindfulness practice where participants learn how to intentionally use the widely acknowledged mind-body connection to improve chronic issues of: stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, eating disorders, PTSD, IBS, and pain.
No previous yoga or mindfulness experience required. No physical limitation is a barrier to this course. If you can breathe, you can do this.
