This page serves to house all important information for the beginning of the school year and support new family’s transition if they join our community mid-way through the academic year. 2024-2025 Class Lists & Family Handbook
Find out who your child’s classroom teacher(s) and classmates will be! For your privacy, the class list page is password protected. An email containing the password will be sent to all currently enrolled families. Also linked below are our health and safety guidelines which will be updated throughout the school year as needed
School Forms and Immunization Requirements
The first link will allow you to access your family information form, emergency contact form, medical form, off campus and photo permissions and toddler/ preschool specific forms. The second link provides step by step instructions for completing your digital forms should you need assistance or are a new family. If you are a returning family or have attended Summer at Breakwater or other Enrichment programming in the past please log-in to your existing account rather than creating a new account. Once you have logged in, select ‘2024-2025 Breakwater School: School Year Forms for Day School Families’ under ‘Register Now!’. The same database will be used for AfterCare and Enrichment registration, vacation camp registration, and Summer at Breakwater programming
IMPORTANT: In accordance with LD 798 and DHHS guidelines, an updated immunization record is needed for each child enrolled in Breakwater School or Enrichment Center each year. By Maine State Law, students who do not have a up-to-date records will not be allowed to attend. For a complete list of required vaccines for toddlers and preschool click here. Please have your child's health care provider send proof of vaccination to the Breakwater School Main Office by August 25th via the following routes:
